研究目的：

本研究以肾阳虚型IVF-ET反复失败不孕症患者为研究对象，采用随机、对照研究方法，治疗组给予脐灸与雌孕激素治疗，对照组给予单纯雌孕激素治疗，观察子宫内膜容受性评价标准——Salle评分、中医证候积分主要指标，以及妊娠率、妊娠成功率及内分泌激素水平等次要指标，评价脐灸改善肾阳虚型IVF-ET反复失败不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的优效性及安全性，以期为临床提供证据支持，形成脐灸治疗方案并进行推广应用，惠及更多患者。  

Objectives of Study：

This study with kidney Yang deficiency type IVF - ET repeatedly failed infertility patients as the research object, using randomized, controlled study method, the treatment group give umbilical acupuncture and female progestational hormone therapy, the control group given pure female progestational hormone treatment, observation and the receptivity of endometrium evaluation standard, Salle score and TCM syndrome integral main index, and the pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate and secondary indicators, such as endocrine hormone level evaluation of umbilical moxibustion improve kidney Yang deficiency type IVF - ET repeated failure in patients with infertility and the receptivity of endometrium of excellent efficiency and security, so as to provide evidence for clinical support, forming umbilical acupuncture treatments and application,Benefit more patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在≤40岁的非妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
（2）符合不孕症、RIF的诊断标准及中医肾阳虚辨证标准；
（3）身体质量指数（BMI）≤30kg/m2；
（4）受试前3个月未使用过任何甾体激素类药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Non-pregnant and lactating women <= 40 years old;
(2) It meets the diagnostic criteria of infertility and RIF and the syndrome differentiation criteria of kidney Yang deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine;
(3) Body mass index (BMI) <= 30kg/m2;
(4) The subjects had not used any steroid drugs in the first 3 months.

排除标准：

（1）患有多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、高催乳素血症、子宫肌瘤等妇科疾病；
（2）既往卵巢肿瘤病史或卵巢手术史；
（3）合并有心脑血管疾病、肝肾功严重异常及造血系统等有严重疾病的患者，精神病患者；
（4）既往放、化疗史；
（5）对脐疗药粉过敏者；
（6）脐周有病变，不宜艾灸者；
（7）正在参加其他临床试验者；
（8）不能按规定接受隔药灸脐治疗，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效及安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, hyperprolactin, uterine fibroids and other gynecological diseases;
(2) Previous history of ovarian tumor or ovarian surgery;
(3) Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function and hematopoietic system, and patients with mental illness;
(4) Previous history of radiation and chemotherapy;
(5) allergic to umbilical therapy powder;
(6) there are lesions around the umbilicus and it is not suitable for moxibustion;
(7) Participating in other clinical trials;
(8) Those who cannot receive the treatment of moxibustion on the umbilical cord, cannot judge the efficacy or the incomplete data affect the judgment of the efficacy and safety.
