研究目的：

针对ESRD腹膜透析合并心力衰竭的患者，使用标准化滴定方案的沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗，通过治疗前后患者心功能指标的监测、主观综合性营养评估（SGA）、生活质量评估、全因住院次数以及医疗花费较前6个月的变化情况，探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦在尿毒症腹膜透析合并心力衰竭的患者中的应用效果，是否可以改善其心功能及生活质量、减少住院次数及相关医疗费用，最终可为尿毒症腹膜透析合并心力衰竭的患者的治疗方案提供意见，以减少患者住院次数及医疗花费，改善其心功能，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

For peritoneal dialysis combined ESRD patients with heart failure, the use of standard titration solution of sand kubah valsartan treatment, through monitoring of patients with cardiac function indexes before and after treatment, subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment (SGA), quality of life assessment, all because of the number of hospital and medical cost changes from the previous 6 months, discusses sand kubah qu valsartan in patients with uremia peritoneal dialysis combined heart failure in application effect, whether can improve the heart function and life quality, reducing frequency of hospitalization and related health care costs, eventually peritoneal dialysis for uremia combined treatment of heart failure patients to provide advice, In order to reduce the hospitalization times and medical costs of patients, improve their cardiac function, improve the quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18岁
2.长期持续性腹膜透析
3.心功能NYHA分级（心功能Ⅱ-Ⅳ级）
4.依从性好，规律门诊随访
5.同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. The age is over 18 years old
2. Long-term continuous peritoneal dialysis
3. The cardiac function NYHA classification (NYHA grade Ⅱ - Ⅳ)
4. Good compliance and regular outpatient follow-up
5. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

排除标准：

1.基础血压持续<90/60mmHg；
2.严重肝功能损害：肝功能Child分级为C级；失代偿期肝硬化；胆汁性肝硬化和胆汁淤积
3.对本品活性成份（沙库巴曲、缬沙坦）或任何辅料过敏者；
4.既往使用ACEI或ARB类药物后有血管神经性水肿；
5.妊娠或哺乳期的女性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Basal blood pressure continuously under 90/60mmHg;
2. Severe liver function impairment: the Child grade of liver function was C; Decompensated cirrhosis; Biliary cirrhosis and cholestasis
3. Allergic to the active ingredients of this product (shakubactral, valsartan) or any excipients;
4. Angieurotic edema after previous use of ACEI or ARB drugs;
5. Pregnant or lactating women
