研究目的：

本课题对骨科病房的临床护理质量实施持续改进，成立以护士长为组长的护理质量控制小组，成员由科室的护理组长及高年资N3、N2护士担任，对病区实行一级质控，要求成员严格遵守规章制度、操作技术熟练、理论知识丰富、责任心强。质量小组在工作中发现问题，每月月底对发现的问题进行分析讨论，提出整改措施后全科实施，而后对问题进行追踪检验，制定标准化工作程序，逐步提高骨科病房护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the clinical nursing quality of the orthopedic ward was continuously improved, and a nursing quality control group with the head nurse as the group leader was established; The nursing team leader and senior N3 and N2 nurses are appointed as the team members. They are required to strictly abide by the rules and regulations, have skilled operation skills, have rich theoretical knowledge and have a strong sense of responsibility. The quality team found problems in the work, analyzed and discussed the problems at the end of each month, put forward corrective measures and implemented them in the whole department, followed by follow-up inspection of the problems, formulated standardized work procedures, and gradually improved the quality of care in the orthopedic ward.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）成立由护士长为质控组长，高年资N3、N2护士为成员的质量控制小组 （2）质控小组对骨科病房出现的护理问题进行梳理归纳，并对相应的问题进行分析讨论，根据问题的不同 原因及特点，采用不同的质量控制工具：PDCA循环、品管圈及6S管理等，找出解决护理问题的方法，并对 方法的可行性进行评估，选取合理可行的措施，并向全科护理人员推广，在使用推广过程中，不断地评价质 量改进方法的效果，并最终制定标准化的流程，使护理质量水平螺旋性上升，提升科室的全面护理水平。 （3）运用回顾性研究方法对采用持续质量改进前后针对患者满意度、护理质量检查结果、护士工作效率提 升情况、护士工作满意度、病房环境等方面进行分析比较。撰写论文，得出研究结果

(3) Retrospective study method was used to improve patient satisfaction, nursing quality inspection results and nurses' working efficiency before and after continuous quality improvement The promotion situation, nurses' job satisfaction, ward environment and other aspects were analyzed and compared.Write a paper and produce research results 

纳入标准：

护理质量目标：
①患者自愿参加本研究，且知情同意；
②患者诊断为手部软组织损伤；
③符合游离皮瓣移植术手术指征；
④显微镜下进行游离皮瓣移植。
加速康复外科理念：
①患者自愿参加本研究，且知情同意；
②患者诊断为闭合性跟骨骨折，且手术时间距离受伤在3周以内；
③跟骨骨折CT分型SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型；
④手术方式为切开复位内固定手术。

Inclusion criteria

Objectives of nursing quality:
1. patients volunteered to participate in this study and gave informed consent;
2. The patient was diagnosed with soft tissue injury of hand;
3. In line with the surgical indications of free skin flap transplantation;
4. Free flap transplantation was performed under the microscope.
The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery:
1. patients volunteered to participate in this study and gave informed consent;
2. The patient was diagnosed with closed calcaneal fracture, and the surgery time was less than 3 weeks from the injury;
3. CT classification of calcaneal fracture Sanders II ~ minor type;
4. The surgical method was open reduction and internal fixation.

排除标准：

护理质量目标：①患者存在精神或认知障碍；②患者合并有慢性疾病；③患者器官有严重的器质性病变；④患手严重感染。
加速康复外科理念：①患者存在精神或认知障碍；②患者合并有糖尿病等慢性疾病；③患者器官有严重的器质性病变；④开放性跟骨骨折；⑤多发伤合并其他骨折及脏器损伤；⑥资料缺失，影响结果评定；⑦后期无法随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Objectives of nursing quality: ① patients with mental or cognitive impairment;(2) patients with chronic diseases;③ Severe organic lesions were found in the patient's organs;④ Severely infected hands.
The concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery: ① patients with mental or cognitive impairment;(2) Patients with diabetes and other chronic diseases;③ Severe organic lesions were found in the patient's organs;(4) open calcaneal fracture;(5) Multiple injuries combined with other fractures and organ injuries;(6) The lack of data affects the evaluation of results;⑦ Patients who could not be followed up in the later period.
