研究目的：

观察比较人工定位的TMS和TMS精准智能刺激对慢性失眠障碍患者睡眠结构、认知功能及睡眠质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and compare the effects of artificially targeted TMS and TMS precise intelligent stimulation on sleep structure, cognitive function and sleep quality in patients with chronic insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18-65岁，男女不限；
（2）小学以上文化程度；
（3）符合ICSD-3诊断标准的慢性失眠障碍患者，PSQI＞7分；
（4）HAMA＜7分，HAMD＜7分；
（5）近1个月未服用过治疗睡眠的相关药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 65, male or female;
(2) Primary school education or above;
(3) Patients with chronic insomnia meeting ICSD-3 diagnostic criteria, PSQI > score 7;
(4) HAMA < 7 points, HAMD < 7 points;
(5) Have not taken any drugs related to sleep treatment for nearly 1 month.

排除标准：

（1）符合ICD-10诊断标准的其他精神障碍患者；
（2）伴有心、肝、肾及呼吸功能严重受损者或癫痫等其他各系统严重疾病；
（3）体内有金属植入，近2个月有抗抑郁剂及其他精神类药物应用；
（4）接受过或目前在进行无抽搐电休克或经颅直流电刺激或经颅交流电刺激等电磁类治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other mental disorders meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10;
(2) Patients with severe impairment of heart, liver, kidney and respiratory function or other serious diseases of various systems, such as epilepsy;
(3) Metal implants were implanted in the body, and antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs were used in the past 2 months;
(4) Have received or are currently undergoing non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy or transcranial direct current stimulation or transcranial alternating current stimulation.
