研究目的：

间歇性外斜视是儿童最常见的斜视类型，且在围手术期常合并干眼，其导致干眼的发病机制至今不明，手术时机也无明确指南规定。本项目前期工作发现间歇性外斜视由于眼位异常导致的不完全眨眼和结膜异常暴露与干眼的发生有关，且干眼的严重程度常与斜视的严重程度有关。本项目旨在通过研究间歇性外斜视因眼位异常在影响泪液生成、脂质层异常分布、炎症因子积存、黏蛋白破坏等方面影响眼表、导致干眼的发病机制，并研究预测斜视眼位控制的干眼特异性指标，以期为泪液动力学异常型干眼的发病机制提供新的客观、实质性的证据，并对早期准确判断需要及时手术干预的间歇性外斜视儿童提供实际、可量化的指标，并为减少儿童斜视围手术期并发症保驾护航。  

Objectives of Study：

Intermittent exotropia is the most common type of strabismus in children, and it is often associated with dry eye during the perioperative period. The pathogenesis of dry eye is still unknown, and there is no clear guideline for the timing of surgery. The preliminary work of this project found that incomplete blinking and abnormal exposure of conjunctiva due to abnormal eye position of intermittent exotropia are related to the occurrence of dry eye, and the severity of dry eye is often related to the severity of strabismus. This project aims to study the pathogenesis of intermittent exotropia due to abnormal eye position affecting tear production, abnormal lipid layer distribution, inflammatory factor accumulation, mucin destruction, etc., which affect the ocular surface and cause dry eye, and to study and predict strabismus Position-controlled dry eye specific indicators are expected to provide new objective and substantive evidence for the pathogenesis of dry eye with abnormal tear fluid dynamics, and provide practical and feasible evidence for early and accurate judgment of intermittent exotropia children who require timely surgical intervention. Quantitative indicators, and escort to reduce perioperative complications in children with strabismus.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患有间歇性外斜视；
（2）矫正视力或裸眼视力可达儿童正常视力；
（3）眼表外观正常；
（4）正常对照组除屈光不正外无其他眼病；
（5）年龄4-40岁，男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Suffering from intermittent exotropia;
(2) Corrected vision or naked eyesight can reach children's normal vision;
(3) The ocular surface appearance is normal;
(4) The normal control group has no other eye diseases except for refractive errors;
(5) Age 4-40 years old, no gender limit.

排除标准：

（1）患有影响眼表健康的全身性疾病如高血压、糖尿病、干燥综合征等；
（2）进行过眼科手术或受过眼外伤；不合并垂直斜视及旋转斜视；
（3）有其他眼病病史；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffer from systemic diseases that affect ocular surface health, such as hypertension, diabetes, and Sjogrens syndrome;
(2) Have undergone eye surgery or suffered eye trauma; not combined with vertical strabismus and rotational strabismus;
(3) History of other eye diseases.
