研究目的：

鉴于强迫症的高发病率和高致残率及参与强迫症亚型发病机制的大脑小脑环路不同，对强迫症亚型小脑亚区和齿状核静息态功能连接应用支持向量机进行训练，得出小脑亚区和齿状核静息态功能连接对强迫症亚型诊断的特异性、灵敏性、准确率，为强迫症亚型的影像诊断找到标志性小脑亚区和齿状核的静息态功能连接  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the high incidence rate of morbidity and high disability rate and the involvement of the cerebellar circulation in the subtype of obsessive-compulsive disorder, we trained the resting state functional connectivity of the subtypes of cerebellar subregion and dentate nucleus of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and obtained the specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of the resting state functional connectivity of the cerebellar subregion and dentate nucleus to diagnose the subtypes of obsessive compulsive disorder.

纳入标准：

首发强迫症患，性别不限，年龄18-45岁、汉族、右利手、初中以上文化程度。

Inclusion criteria

The first-episode OCD patients, regardless of gender, age 18-45 years old, Han nationality, right handedness, junior high school education or above.

排除标准：

有重大躯体疾病；有其它精神科疾病；有精神活性物质依赖或病史；一级亲属有其它精神病或神经系统疾病家族史；有MRI检查禁忌症；不配合检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with major physical diseases, other psychiatric diseases, psychoactive substance dependence or history, first degree relatives with family history of other mental diseases or nervous system diseases, contraindications of MRI examination, and patients who do not cooperate with the examination.
