研究目的：

探究全髋关节置换术中使用骨蜡能否减少术后失血及降低失血率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the use of bone wax in total hip arthroplasty can reduce postoperative blood loss and transfusion rates.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

初次单侧全髋关节置换术；
年龄18-85岁；
ASA分级小于3级。

Inclusion criteria

Primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty;
Aged 18-85 years;
The ASA classification less than III.

排除标准：

骨蜡过敏；
髋关节翻修术；
肝肾功能异常；
既往有同一手术部位手术史；
不能耐受手术。

Exclusion criteria：

Bone wax allergy;
Revision total hip arthroplasty;
Abnormal liver and kidney function;
With a history of surgery at the same surgical site;
Can not tolerate surgery.
