研究目的:

提升民族汉语学习能力是国家重大需求。阅读困难是认知神经、医学与教育等交叉学科研究的热点。少数民族以汉语为第二语言常表现出汉语阅读困难,目前尚缺乏少数民族汉语阅读困难神经生理机制的研究。新疆柯尔克孜族是有代表性的原生态少数民族,为消弭民族间汉语学习的差距,本项目将联合采用行为与脑电技术探究柯族儿童汉字加工的脑认知特征。阅读困难是发育性、持续性的疾病,寻求有效干预方法尤为重要。我们拟采用两种模式进行干预:强调字形加工的识字教学、识字教学联合记忆刷新训练。本项目将建立提升柯族汉语阅读困难儿童阅读能力的方法,制定优化的干预方案。从医学层面与教育实践紧密结合,为减轻少数民族儿童汉语学习困难而探索创新。  

Objectives of Study:

To improve Chinese learning ability of all ethnic groups is a major nationaldemand. The research of the developmental dyslexia (DD) has become a focus in thefield of cognitive neuroscience, medicine and education. Ethnic minorities using Chinese as their second language are often found to suffer from Chinese DD. At present, the characteristic of Chinese processing and how it affects the neurophysiological mechanism of reading for ethnic children with Chinese DD are still poorly understood. Xinjiang Kirgiz is a representative original ecological minority. In order to eliminate the gap of Chinese learning among ethnic groups, this study will combine behavioral and EEG technology to explore the brain cognitive characteristics of Chinese character processing of Kirgiz children. Since dyslexia is a developmental and persistent disease, it is essential to find effective intervention. We plan to use two modes of interventions, one is the literacy teaching that emphasizes the processing of glyphs, the other is the combination of literacy teaching and updating training. We hope our works can be paving stones for further alleviating difficulties in learning Chinese for minority children.

纳入标准:

阅读困难组(DD)入组条件:根据DSM-Ⅳ定义阅读困难的方法,采用逐层筛选的程序,对获得同等条件和时间的正规学校教育并且同时满足以下条件者,入组汉语阅读困难:
(1)儿童标准瑞文智力测试等级大于40%;
(2)儿童汉语阅读困难量表得分≥70;
(3)汉字识字量测验低于同龄儿童1.5个标准差;
(4)儿童学习障碍筛查量表得分≤65;
(5)班主任评估其有学习困难,并且持续超过一年,在课堂和家庭作业独立完成过程中均有困难;语文成绩低于班级或年级平均水平,数学成绩正常;
(6)由专科医师排除儿童其他精神和心理疾病,如精神发育迟滞、孤独症等,排除视听觉障碍、注意力缺陷多动障碍、 孤独症和情绪障碍的儿童,没有既往脑损伤病史或接受过相关药物的治疗;
(7)右利手,自愿参与并能坚持实验。从三-五年级学生中筛选,年龄8-11岁。

生理年龄对照组(正常组Typical developmental,TD)的入组条件:
(1)儿童标准瑞文智力测试等级大于40%;
(2)健康,无精神疾病及相关既往史,无严重躯体疾病如意识障碍等;
(3)无物质滥用或依赖。
(4)右利手,自愿参与并能坚持实验。从剩余三-五年级学生中筛选年龄、智力水平和DD组相匹配的正常阅读者,年龄8-11岁。

同等阅读水平对照组(Reading level control group,RL)的入组条件:
(1)儿童标准瑞文智力测试等级大于40%;
(2)右利手,自愿参与并能坚持实验。从二年级正常儿童中筛选出阅读水平上与DD组无统计差异的儿童作为同等阅读水平对照组。年龄范围是8-9岁。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of dyslexia group (DD): according to the DSM - Ⅳ definition of dyslexia, a layer by layer screening procedure was adopted. Those who obtained the same conditions and time of formal school education and met the following conditions at the same time were enrolled into Chinese dyslexia group
(1) Children's standard Raven intelligence test grade is more than 40%;
(2) Children's Chinese dyslexia scale score ≥ 70;
(3) The Chinese character literacy test was 1.5 standard deviations lower than that of the same age children;
(4) Children's learning disability screening scale score ≤ 65;
(5) The head teacher assessed that they had learning difficulties, which lasted for more than one year, and they had difficulties in class and homework independently;
(6) The children with other mental and psychological diseases, such as mental retardation, autism, visual and auditory impairment, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism and emotional disorders, were excluded by specialists, without previous history of brain injury or treatment with related drugs;
(7) Right handed, willing to participate and can adhere to the experiment. From the third to fifth grade students, aged 8-11.

Physiological age control group (normal group, typical development, TD) was enrolled
(1) Children's standard Raven intelligence test grade is more than 40%;
(2) Health, no mental illness and related history, no serious physical disease, cognitive impairment, etc;
(3) No substance abuse or dependence.
(4) Right handed, willing to participate and can adhere to the experiment. From the remaining third to fifth grade students, normal readers with age, intelligence level and DD group were selected, aged 8-11.

The inclusion criteria of the reading level control group (RL) were as follows
(1) Children's standard Raven intelligence test grade is more than 40%;
(2) Right handed, willing to participate and can adhere to the experiment. From the second grade normal children, the children with no statistical difference in reading level with DD group were selected as the same reading level control group. The age range is 8-9 years.

排除标准:

由专科医师排除儿童其他精神和心理疾病,如精神发育迟滞、孤独症等,排除视听觉障碍、注意力缺陷多动障碍、 孤独症和情绪障碍的儿童,没有既往脑损伤病史或接受过相关药物的治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

The children with other mental and psychological diseases, such as mental retardation, autism, visual and auditory impairment, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism and emotional disorders, were excluded by specialists, without previous history of brain injury or treatment with related drugs.
