To compare the effect of different weight ice packs on knee skin temperature

Inclusion criteria

Healthy subjects

排除标准：

如果在开始进行干预前的3个月内患有肌肉骨骼疾病、下肢手术或存在开放性伤口、对冷不耐受或过敏、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、泌尿和代谢疾病、雷诺氏综合征、糖尿病，则被排除在外。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion in case of musculoskeletal disorders, lower extremity surgery or presence of open wounds, cold intolerance or allergies, neurological disorders, cardiovascular, urinary and metabolic disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, diabetes within 3 months before initiating intervention.
