研究目的：

本课题采用前瞻性病例对照研究，探究全腔镜下低位直肠癌根治中反穿刺法置入吻合器抵钉座联合单荷包缝合直肠残端的安全性及疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a prospective case-control study was conducted to explore the safety and efficacy of reverse puncture stapler insertion combined with single-purse suture for rectal stump in the radical treatment of low rectal cancer under total endoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 38 ～ 76 岁，( 52.7 ± 11．6) 岁。BMI 22．2 ± 2．4。术前肠镜及病理均确诊直肠腺癌，且距肛缘4-6cm，直径<3cm。心肺功能良好，远处未有转移灶。

Inclusion criteria

Their age ranged from 38 to 76 years, (52.7 ± 11.6) years.BMI 22.2 ± 2.4.Both preoperative colonoscopy and pathology confirmed adenocarcinoma of the rectum, which was 4-6cm away from the anal margin and <3cm in diameter.Cardiopulmonary function is good, no distant metastasis.

排除标准：

系膜肥厚不能残端外翻，预防性造口，急诊手术直肠癌合并肠梗阻，出血，穿孔。

Exclusion criteria：

Mesangial hypertrophy can not valgus the stump, prophylactic stomy, emergency surgery rectal cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, bleeding, perforation.
