研究目的：

明确超声引导下竖脊肌神经阻滞在股骨头置换术术后是否具有良好的镇痛效果以及能否替代腰丛神经阻滞为患者取得良好的术后镇痛效果；为围术期股骨头置换术患者提供有效安全的术后镇痛措施。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine whether ultrasound-guided erector spinal nerve block has a good analgesic effect after femoral head replacement and whether it can replace lumbar plexus block for patients to achieve a good postoperative analgesic effect; to provide effective and safe postoperative analgesia measures for patients undergoing perioperative femoral head replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

研究对象来源和预期病例数：2021年3月至2021年5月于嘉兴市第一医院、第二医院行择期单侧股骨头置换术并接受全身麻醉的患者120 例，年龄18~80岁，ASA Ⅰ~Ⅲ级，BMI18.5~23.9kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Source and expected number of cases: from March 2021 to May 2021, one hundred and twenty patients, aged 18-80 years, ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ, BMI18.5~23.9kg/m2, underwent elective unilateral femoral head replacement and general anesthesia in the first and second Hospital of Jiaxing City.

排除标准：

（1）休克或昏迷状态；(2)心、肺、肝、肾及凝血功能异常；(3) 拟行阻滞区域感染，阻滞侧肢体严重神经损伤；(4)有慢性疼痛服用镇痛药物史、服用精神病物病史、放化疗病史，对非甾体类抗炎药物有禁忌症的患者；(5)对局麻药如利多卡因、罗哌卡因以及全身麻醉药物过敏患者；（6）患者及家属拒绝手术麻醉。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) shock or coma; (2) abnormal function of heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood coagulation; (3) infection in the planned block area and severe nerve injury in the limb; (4) history of chronic pain, history of taking analgesics, history of taking psychiatric diseases, history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) patients who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs such as lidocaine, ropivacaine and general anesthetics. (6) patients and their families refused surgical anesthesia.
