研究目的：

对2型糖尿病患者进行连续90天的颗粒魔芋干预，观察受试者血糖、血脂、体成分等相关指标变化，探索受试物的血糖改善功能。  

Objectives of Study：

Type 2 diabetes patients take konjac granule for 90 consecutive days to observe the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid, body composition and other related indexes of the subjects, and to explore the improvement function.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄在18-65岁之间；
②经二级及以上正规医院诊断的2型糖尿病（典型症状（三多一少）合并随机血糖≥11.1mmol/l；或空腹血糖≥7.0mmol/l或餐后2h血糖≥11.1mmol/l的）；
③糖尿病患病时间≤5年；
④遵循研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years;
2. type 2 diabetes;
3. diagnosed of type 2 diabetes within 5 years;
4. comply with research requirements.

排除标准：

①患有糖尿病急性并发症或患有严重的糖尿病慢性并发症之一（糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病足）；
②经诊断患有肠道相关疾病，不宜食用口服制剂或者液体制剂吸收不良者；
③严重肝肾功能不全、心血管疾病或患有其他重大器质性疾病患者；
④孕妇及有备孕计划的患者；
⑤近3个月服用过类似受试物的患者；
⑥近1个月持续使用减肥药的患者；
⑦近1个月使用过抗生素类药物的患者；
⑧不能遵循研究要求或未签订知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe diabetic complications;
2. Patients with gastonintestinal diseases who can not take oral preparations;
3. Severe organic diseases,including severe hepatic diseases,severe renal diseases and cardiovascular diseases;
4. Pregnancy;
5. use of product similar to the test in the last 3 months;
6. continuous use of weight-loss drug for > 1 month;
7. Patients who have used antibiotics in recent one month;
8. failure to follow research requirements.
