研究目的：

探讨重金属、多环芳香烃(PAHs)等污染物对低出生体重的影响，通过病例对照检测脐带血、母亲外周血中铅、锌、砷、锰、镉、汞等重金属及多环芳烃在母婴的内暴露水平，分析其对低出生体重的影响，针对以上研究结果，制定合理的孕产期预防保健措施，减少低出生体重的发生率，提高出生人口素质。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the impact of the pollutants including heavy metals and multiring aromatic hydrocarbon on low birth weight, and analyze their impact through the comparisons of exposure levels of heavy metals (including lead, zinc, arsenic, manganese, cadmium, hydrargyrum, etc) and multiring aromatic hydrocarbon in municipal cord blood and maternal peripheral blood. Based on these findings, we constructed reasonable prevention methods, to reduce the occurrence of low birth weight, and improve newborn quality.

纳入标准：

以2014年3月10日-2015年3月31日分娩的100例分娩早产或低出生体重孕产妇及其新生儿、100例分娩正常体重孕产妇及其新生儿为研究对象，孕产妇产前在深圳市连续居住1年以上。

Inclusion criteria

100 Low birth weight or premature infants, 100 normal birth weight infants delivered between March 10, 2014 and March 31, 2015 and the corresponding peurpera. The peurpera must have been living in Shenzhen for over one year.

排除标准：

患有慢性疾病、妊娠期合并症及并发症、双胎、采用辅助生育技术受孕。

Exclusion criteria：

Peurpera with chronic disease, pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, twin pregnancy, or assisted conception.
