研究目的：

皮神经综合征(NCS)，包括一组以皮肤和中枢神经系统(CNS)异常为特征的异质性疾病。我们计划进行一项研究来监测儿童的各种表现。该研究旨在评估皮肤病变的进展在不同类型的中枢神经系统的表现。我们的次要目标是确定这些病变的特征是否对神经系统表现有任何预测价值.  

Objectives of Study：

Neurocutaneous syndromes (NCS), also known as phakomatosis, include a heterogeneous group of disorders characterized by abnormalities of both the integument and central nervous system (CNS).we planned to conduct a study to monitor the varied presentations in children. The study was designed to evaluate the progression of skin lesions in various forms of NCS. Our secondary objective was to identify whether the characteristics of these lesions had any predictive value for neurological manifestations.

纳入标准：

经机构伦理委员会批准后，从2021年7月起到2023年2月，在获得父母的知情同意后，招募年龄在0至28天之间且符合纳入标准的受试者

Inclusion criteria

After approval from the Institutional Ethical Committee, subjects between ages of 0 and 28 days, who fulfilled the inclusion criteria, were enrolled, after obtaining an informed consent from the parents, during the period from July, 2021 to February, 2023

排除标准：

那些随访失败的受试者被排除在研究人群之外。
