研究目的：

通过研究达到设计开发胶质瘤NGS检测panel体系及甲基化NGS检测panel体系并验证其技术性能的目的，并评估基于NGS平台的胶质瘤多维分子检测体系（胶质瘤NGS检测panel体系、胶质瘤甲基化NGS检测panel体系和RNA-Seq）在预测辅助放化疗疗效中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study, the purpose of designing and developing the panel system for glioma NGS detection and the panel system for methylated NGS detection and verifying its technical performance is achieved.Furthermore, the application value of NGS-based multidimensional molecular detection system for glioma (Panel system for glioma NGS, Panel system for glioma methylation and RNA-Seq) in predicting the efficacy of adjuvant chemoradiotherapy was evaluated.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；
2.经病理诊断确诊为脑胶质瘤且有完整临床随访资料的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 80;
2. Patients with glioma diagnosed by pathology and complete clinical follow-up data.

排除标准：

既往接受过骨髓或干细胞移植治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who have previously received a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
