研究目的：

课题拟通过人体实验和分子生物学技术，研究太极拳练习对非小细胞肺癌患者免疫调节的作用，试图从一个全新的视角拓展肺癌治疗的辅助手段，并提供相关的理论依据；同时建立一套适合肺癌患者提高免疫调节机能的以民族传统体育项目太极拳训练为内容的体育锻炼指导标准和运动处方。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of 4-month Taichi exercise on immune function in post-surgical NSCLC survivors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者；2.术后存活年限大于1年；3.近期没有接受放化疗；4.无运动禁忌症

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients were confirmed stage I-IIIA NSCLC, and were treated by surgical therapy;
2) postsurgical NSCLC survive more than one years;
3) don't receive chemotherapy recently;
4) no contraindication to engage in physical activity.

排除标准：

1.采血前三天患感染性疾病；2.不能坚持四个月的太极拳锻炼；3.不愿参与本研究

Exclusion criteria：

1) not suffer infections within three days when collect blood samples;
2) can not persist four-month tai chi exercise;
3) do not want to attend the study.
