研究目的：

（1）针对极端情绪危机者（有高自杀风险），依托现有“树洞”危机干预网络，优化自杀危机干预方案，实施主动式干预并评价效果。 （2）针对一般情绪危机者（无高自杀风险，存在负性情绪），或高自杀风险缓解后的人群，实施“人机互动式个性化心理干预”并评价效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. For those with extreme emotional crisis (high suicide risk), relying on the existing "tree hole" crisis intervention network, optimize the suicide crisis intervention program, implement active intervention and evaluate the effect. 2. For the general emotional crisis (no high risk of suicide, there are negative emotions), or the high risk of suicide after remission of the crowd, the implementation of "human-computer interactive personalized psychological intervention" and evaluate the effect.

纳入标准：

(1)极端情绪危机:
在线签署知情同意书，同意参与本研究者
(2)一般情绪危机:
在 18-35 岁（“走饭树洞”微博留言主体人群）、PHQ-9得分≥5分（有抑郁症状）的群体中，选择 5000 例，依据模型判断的社交网络的影响度，5000例干预对象在高、中、低影响度人群中分别按40%，30%，30%比例抽取。验证干预效果后推广至其他符合纳入标准的人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. Extreme emotional crisis:
The informed consent form was signed online and the subjects agreed to participate in this study;
2. General emotional crisis
In the group of 18-35 years old (the main group of "zoushudong" microblog messages) and PHQ-9 score ≥ 5 (with depressive symptoms), 5000 cases were selected. According to the influence degree of social network judged by the model, the intervention objects were selected from the high, medium and low influence groups according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% respectively. After verifying the effect of the intervention, it was extended to other people who met the inclusion criteria.
