研究目的：

观察药物组合治疗银屑病的疗效、协同作用、安全性及复发率，从而为治疗银屑病提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate effect, synergy, safety and recurrence rate of the drug combination for treatment of psoriasis, and provide the basis for treatment of psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合银屑病诊断标准的门诊患者，并且在四周内未系统性接受皮质类固醇激素等免疫调节药物或维甲酸类制剂治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

All patients should be in line with psoriasis diagnosis standard,and have not accepted systemic immunomodulatory drugs, such as corticosteroids or retinoid in recent four weeks.

排除标准：

严重肝肾功能损害、精神疾病、造血功能障碍及其他严重器质性病变者；4周内接受过免疫抑制剂、大剂量糖皮质激素或维甲酸类制剂治疗者；孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who suffer from severe liver and kidney damage, mental illness, hematopoietic dysfunction and other serious organic disease, received immunosuppressor,high doses of glucocorticoid or retinoid in the past 4 weeks, pregnant and lactating women.
