研究目的：

评价以检测血浆降钙素原评估胆道梗阻患者是否存在隐匿性胆道感染。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to assess the ability of PCT levels to differentiate bacteremic from nonbacteremic infection in biliary tract obstruction patients .

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

因胆道梗阻收入我院器官移植科，并进行手术治疗（包括开放手术和介入手术）的成年患者纳入研究范围

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients who were consecutively admitted to the hospital for biliary tract obstruction were enrolled in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准包括：年龄<18岁、入院时发热（体温>38℃）、入院时血培养阳性、合并肝硬化、入院时急性右上腹痛、查体有腹膜炎表现、入院前近期（2周内）使用抗生素者以及入院后至抽取胆汁前因胆管炎发作而使用抗生素者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion for the study were: patients’ aged <18 years, patients who had acute fever (temperature>38℃) or had abdominal pain at admitted time, patients were treated without operation, patients with positive blood culture and patients who accepted antibiotics therapy within 2 weeks before the admission or patients who accepted antibiotics therapy before their bile sample were obtained.
