研究目的：

（1）探讨我国北方地区SGA生后2年追赶性生长的状况和特点。 （2）分析影响SGA追赶生长的各种因素，为SGA更好追赶生长寻找合理方法。 （3）观察rHGH治疗SGA的疗效、指标改变和不良反应，为探索SGA应用生长激素治疗的合适时机和剂量提供依据。 （4）为进一步建立SGA评估-随访-干预-管理体系寻找依据，建立SGA生长发育管理协作组。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Objective to investigate the status and characteristics of catch-up growth of SGA in northern China. (2) In order to find a reasonable method for SGA catch-up growth, various factors affecting SGA catch-up growth were analyzed. (3) Objective To observe the efficacy, index changes and adverse reactions of rhGH in the treatment of SGA, so as to provide the basis for exploring the appropriate time and dosage of growth hormone in the treatment of SGA. (4) In order to further establish SGA evaluation follow-up intervention management system to find the basis, establish SGA growth and development management collaboration group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）足月儿（》37周，<42周）、单胎；（2）出生体质量低于同龄儿平均体质量的-2SD（第10百分位以下）；（3）入组身高低于同年龄同性别儿童的-2SD或3百分位以下；（4）身高增长速度低于同年龄同性别儿童的0或-1SD；（5）骨龄小于或等于年龄；（6）出生时及生后6、12、18、24个月随访资料齐全；（7）家属均对本研究知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Full term infants (> 37 weeks, < 42 weeks), singleton（ 2) The birth weight was lower than - 2sd (below the 10th percentile) of the average weight of the same age infants（ 3) The height was lower than - 2sd or below 3 percentile of children of the same age and sex（ 4) The growth rate of height was lower than 0 or - 1sd of children of the same age and sex（ 5) Bone age is less than or equal to age（ 6) The follow-up data at birth and 6,12,18,24 months after birth were complete（ 7) All the family members had informed consent and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）产时重度窒息，重度呼吸窘迫综合征等需要机械通气者；（2）遗传代谢性疾病；（3）染色体核型异常者；（4）有先天性心脏病、先天性胃肠道畸形等先天畸形；（5）严重心肺异常、血液系统疾病、糖尿病、肝炎、肝肾功能不全、感染、免疫功能低下者；（6）有家族性矮小；（7）生长激素缺乏症；（8）存在家族性肿瘤倾向者；（9）对药品过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe asphyxia during labor, severe respiratory distress syndrome and other patients requiring mechanical ventilation（ 2) Inherited metabolic diseases（ 3) Abnormal karyotype（ 4) There are congenital heart disease, congenital gastrointestinal malformations and other congenital malformations（ 5) severe heart and lung abnormalities, hematological diseases, diabetes mellitus, hepatitis, liver and kidney insufficiency, infection and low immune function; 6) There was familial dwarfism（ 7) Growth hormone deficiency（ 8) Patients with familial tumor tendency（ 9) Allergic to drugs.
