研究目的：

为了更好地帮助临床医生对双相障碍进行诊断，本研究对2018年1月-2020年12月在新乡医学院第二附属医院诊治的住院双相障碍患者的临床资料、误诊情况进行分析，以期掌握国内双相障碍患者的误诊情况及临床特点，为双相障碍的识别和诊疗提供科学的临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to better help clinicians diagnose bipolar disorder, this study analyzed the clinical data and misdiagnosis of inpatients with bipolar disorder who were diagnosed and treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from January 2018 to December 2020. In order to grasp the misdiagnosis and clinical characteristics of domestic patients with bipolar disorder, the study will provide scientific clinical reference for the identification, diagnosis and treatment of bipolar disorder.

纳入标准：

1.年龄10-70岁；
2.出院诊断为：双相情感障碍-躁狂发作。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 10-70 years old;
2. Discharge diagnosis as: bipolar disorder-manic episode.

排除标准：

伴有严重躯体疾病，如脑器质性疾病、酒精依赖疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

Accompanied by serious physical diseases, such as brain organic diseases, alcohol dependence diseases, etc.
