研究目的：

开发一套诱发酒精渴求的虚拟现实系统，对酒精使用障碍患者进行干预，了解该干预模式在降低渴求、预防复饮方面的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a virtual reality system to intervene in patients with alcohol use disorders and understand the effectiveness of the intervention model in reducing cravings and preventing relapse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~60 岁，受教育程度在小学及以上；
（2）酒依赖戒断综合征评定量表评分小于或等于3 分；
（3）自愿参加，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18 to 60, with primary school education or above;
(2) The score of the alcohol-dependence withdrawal syndrome rating scale was less than or equal to 3 points;
(3) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有其他精神疾病；
（2）既往有脑器质性疾病、有起搏器或严重健康问题史；
（3）既往有癫痫发作史；
（4）合并严重躯体疾病；
（5）其他药物依赖（除尼古丁依赖外）；
（6）害怕密闭空间；
（7）有妨碍观看虚拟现实环境的视觉问题；
（8）在过去30天内参与任何其他与酒精相关的研究或试验；
（9）在过去30天内自报使用可能影响情绪或对酒精的渴求任何处方药或非处方药。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffer from other mental illnesses;
(2) previous history of organic brain disease, pacemaker, or serious health problems;
(3) previous seizure history;
(4) Complicated with severe physical diseases;
(5) other drug dependence (except nicotine dependence);
(6) Fear of confined Spaces;
(7) Visual problems that interfere with viewing virtual reality environments;
(8) Participated in any other alcohol-related studies or trials within the past 30 days;
(9) Self-reported use within the past 30 days of any prescription or over-the-counter drugs that may affect mood or cravings for alcohol.
