研究目的：

本研究拟观察西医治疗哮喘的基础上，在疾病稳定期玉屏风散对哮喘患儿IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞的作用。主要观察玉屏风散对Th2细胞及其细胞因子IL-13、IL-5和IL-9抑制作用等指标，以及其药理抑制作用的时效。为玉屏风散治疗哮喘提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we observe further the effects of Jade Screen Powder(JSP) on the IgE and eosinophils in stable situation of children asthma based on western medicine therapy. We focused on the JSP have inhibitory effcts on T helper type 2 and IL-13, IL-9, IL-5 and how long the inhibitory effct lasted, in order to provide mechanistic evidence for JPS on the treatment of asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

黄芪、白术、防风 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Ledebouriella root, Bighead atractylodes rhzome,Astragalus root 

纳入标准：

(1)支气管哮喘，符合2008年中华医学会儿科呼吸学组诊断标准；(2)非发作期；(3)在使用西药维持治疗；(4)血清IgE增高或/和外周血象嗜酸性粒细胞增高的患者；(5)年龄在4-12岁，性别不限；(6)签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Bronchial asthma, according with CMA guidline of children astnma in 2008;
(2) In stable situation;
(3) In maintainance treatment period of western medicine;
(4) IgE increase in serum and/or eosinophilia in peripheral blood;
(5) The children aged from 4 to 12, no restrict gender;
(6) Signed the informed consultaion file.

排除标准：

(1)合并有其它呼吸道慢性病；(2)哮喘急性发作期(3)在服用其它中药制剂；(4)自行中断玉屏风散治疗疗程；(5)随访检查不合作；(6)超过或低于年龄界限。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Accompany with other respiratory chronic disease;
(2) Acute attack of asthma;
(3) patients have had take other TCM herbs;
(4) self-disrupted taking Jade Screen Powder;
(5) May be not cooperation in the follow-up and examine;
(6) Over and under age limitation.
