研究目的：

观察穴位敷贴序贯电针对失眠患者的治疗作用，为失眠提供一种更为有效、简便和安全的治疗方法；同时进一步规范电针及穴位敷贴操作方法，以便推广到社区及家庭中广泛使用  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effect of plastering acupoint Sequential electroacupuncture in treating insomnia of kidney Yin Deficiency Type inTCM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合睡眠障碍国际分类(ICSD)中失眠的诊断标准；中医辨证属肾阴虚型；长期服用西药效果不佳的患者；年龄在30～60岁之间的患者

Inclusion criteria

1 Meet ICSD diagnostic criteria of insomnia;2 Pathogenesis with “kidney Yin Deficiency”in TCM; 3 poor response to long-term taking western medicine ;4 Male and female aged 18 to 70 years old

排除标准：

有严重心、肝、肾功能损伤，血液、呼吸系统疾病和重度精神疾病患者；有肝病、艾滋病等传染性疾病和严重外伤未痊愈者；有严重消化系统疾病和严重营养不良者；妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；不适合电针及敷贴治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

mental illness;
2 Presence liver disease, AIDS or other infectious disease and serious injury which is not recovered;
3 Pregnant or lactating women;
4 History of sensitivity to electroacupuncture or plaster acupoint.;
5 Not able to comply by the protocol
