研究目的：

1、分析GERD患者Stretta、PECC术后临床症状缓解程度； 2、分析GERD患者Stretta、PECC术后胃食管连接处压力数值的变化； 3、分析GERD患者Stretta、PECC术后胃食管反流客观数值的变化； 4、分析GERD患者Stretta、PECC术后焦虑、抑郁评分的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of clinical symptom relief after Stretta and PECC in patients with GERD; Analysis of changes in pressure values of gastroesophageal junction after Stretta and PECC in patients with GERD; Analysis of changes in objective values of gastroesophageal reflux after Stretta and PECC in patients with GERD; Analysis of changes in anxiety and depression scores after Stretta and PECC in patients with GERD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)临床诊断(具有的烧心、反酸症状)；
(2)24h食管pH-阻抗监测符合 Demeester 评分＞14.72，或存在病理性弱酸反流或弱碱反流；
(3)以PPI为主治疗2个月以上，症状缓解不明显或者缓解后仍反复发作；
(4)根据阀瓣分级内镜下诊断为II级的患者，即贲门松弛但尚未达到食管裂孔疝诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clinical diagnosis (with heartburn, acid reflux symptoms);
(2) 24h esophageal pH-impedance monitoring in accordance with Demeester score > 14.72, or pathological weak acid reflux or weak base reflux;
(3) PPI-based After treatment for more than 2 months, the symptoms were not relieved or repeated after remission;
(4) According to the classification of the valve, the endoscopic diagnosis was grade II, that is, the cardia was slack but the diagnostic criteria for esophageal hiatus were not reached.

排除标准：

(1)病理活检证实为 Barrett 食管或早癌患者；
(2)曾接受过胃折叠术等外科手术治疗的患者、正常生理解剖结构已破坏的患者；
(3)食管裂孔疝，即LES-CD分离＞2cm；
(4)严重心肺疾病患者。
注意：反流性食管炎不纳入治疗，药物治疗黏膜愈合后可纳入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with Barrett's esophagus or early cancer confirmed by pathological biopsy;
(2) Patients who have undergone surgical treatment such as gastric folding surgery, patients whose normal physiological anatomy has been destroyed;
(3) Esophageal hiatus hernia, ie LES-CD Separation > 2cm;
(4) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease.Note: Reflux esophagitis is not included in the treatment, and drug treatment can be included in the study after mucosal healing.

门诊医生或病房接诊医生评估后，拟行内镜下Stretta或PECC治疗，术前完善（基本在评估过程中已完成）：1.GerdQ量表或RDQ量表；2.食管压力测定及24小时食管MII-pH监测；3.焦虑-抑郁量表； 2.结合患者意愿、选择内镜下治疗方法，并进行术后1周、术后1月、术后3月、术后6月、术后12月分别进行随访。

After evaluation by the outpatient doctor or ward attending doctor, endoscopic Stretta or PECC treatment is planned, preoperatively perfected (basically completed during the evaluation process): 1. GerdQ scale or RDQ scale; 2. Esophageal pressure measurement and 24 Hour esophageal MII-pH monitoring; 3. Anxiety-depression scale
