研究目的：

1. Manual for Primary Care Clinicians about the Diagnosis and Treatment of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder 4th的跨文化调适及汉化研究； 2.规范基层儿童保健 ADHD 识别、诊治水平，系统性提高我国儿科医疗及妇幼保健网络 ADHD 儿童服务能力； 3.促进 ADHD 的医教结合、家校结合； 4.为政府决策部门发挥智库作用，推动相关卫生政策及立法出台。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The localization research and promotion of the Manual for Primary Care Clinicians about the Diagnosis and Treatment of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder 4th; 2. Standardizing the recognition and treatment level of ADHD in primary care of children, Systematically improve the service ability of children with ADHD in pediatric medical care and maternal and child health care network in China; 3. to promote the combination of medical and education ,school and family of ADHD; 4. to play the role of think tank for government decision-making departments and promote the introduction of relevant health policies and legislation.

纳入标准：

ADHD组：重庆医科大学附属儿童医院等 8 家参与医院儿童保健科筛选合格者；
对照组：重庆市某学校 6-12 岁学龄儿童。

Inclusion criteria

ADHD group: The child healthcare department diagnosed ADHD according to DSM-IV of Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and other eight participating hospitals
control group; the aged-school chidren of 6 to 12 years old in the middle school of Chongqing

排除标准：

ADHD组：排除神经系统器质性病变，精神发育迟滞，癫痫，自闭症谱系障碍等严重神经发育行为障碍性疾病，重大躯体疾病者；
对照组：排除父母报告儿童曾经被诊断或目前被诊断为ADHD 的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

ADHD group;exclusive of serious neurodevelopmental behavioral disorders, major body diseases, such as neurophysical diseases, mental retardation, epilepsy, and autism spectrum disorders;
control group;exclusive of the chidren who have been or are currently diagnosed with ADHD that reported by their parents.
