研究目的：

观察围手术期应用右美托咪定对经腹子宫全切患者术后镇痛的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the postoperative pain of patients underlying transabdominal hysterectomy while using dexmedetomidine during the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄：40-70岁 ASA分级：Ⅰ-Ⅱ级 手术类型：经腹子宫全切术

Inclusion criteria

Age: 40-70y; ASA I-II; Type: transabdominal hysterectomy

排除标准：

体重指数》30 kg/m2 年龄：<40岁、>70岁 肝肾功能不全、心血管疾病 对术中药物过敏者 滥用镇静、镇痛药物者 急症手术 哮喘病史或者可预见的困难气道 交流困难

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI>30 kg/m2;
2. Age:<40y, >70y;
3. liver or renal insufficiency;
4. cardiovascular disease;
5. allergy to any of the drugs like midazolam, opioids and dexmedetomidine;
6. history of chronic alcoholism and smoking;
7. sedative and analgesic drug abuse;
8. emergency surgery;
9. with a history of asthma or an anticipated difficult airway;
10. communication difficulties.
