研究目的：

采取口腔内外按摩刺激、非营养性吸吮结合喂养时口腔支持等方法，对口咽部组织或肌肉群进行感官刺激。因此，通过对该方法的临床应用，研究其在缩短早产儿从鼻饲喂养过渡到经口喂养的时间，促进早产儿出院时形成成熟的吸吮型态的效果，以及减少出院后因吸吮不良导致的吸入性肺炎发生，并因此再入院的可能，提高早产儿家庭喂养成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

Use methods such as massage stimulation inside and outside the oral cavity, non-nutritive sucking combined with oral support during feeding, to stimulate the oropharyngeal tissues or muscle groups. Therefore, through the clinical application of this method, it is studied to shorten the time for premature infants to transition from nasal feeding to oral feeding, promote the formation of mature sucking patterns when premature infants are discharged from the hospital, and reduce the effects of poor sucking after discharge. The occurrence of aspiration pneumonia and the possibility of re-admission to the hospital increase the success rate of family feeding of premature infants.

纠正胎龄30-34周早产儿

Inclusion criteria

Correct premature infants with gestational age of 30-34 weeks.

排除标准：

排除严重并发症或先天畸形者。

Exclusion criteria：

exclude those with severe complications or congenital malformations.
