研究目的:

噪声性耳聋的发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前学者普遍认为噪声引起耳蜗损伤的途径是多方面的,包括直接的耳蜗机械损伤、耳蜗微血管损伤导致的内耳微循环障碍、代谢紊乱导致毛细胞的死亡、细胞连接蛋白质的破坏缺失以及血-迷路屏障通透性增加等。几种机制可能相互作用介导噪声性耳聋的发生和发展,但其详尽的发病机制仍未清楚,造成内耳损伤的分子机制仍待进一步研究。  

Objectives of Study:

Noise deafness pathogenesis is not fully clear, the scholars generally think that the way of the cochlea damage caused by noise are various, including direct cochlear mechanical damage, cochlear microvascular damage caused by the inner ear microcirculation dysfunction, metabolic disorder lead to the destruction of the hair cell death, cell connection protein loss as well as blood - labyrinth barrier permeability increases and so on. Several mechanisms may interact to mediate the occurrence and development of noise-induced deafness, but the detailed pathogenesis remains unclear, and the molecular mechanism of inner ear injury remains to be further studied.

纳入标准:

17-23岁男女不限;
无噪声接触史、耳毒性药物接触史;
无听力学及血液检查异常;
无其他系统性疾病;
受试者自愿参加试验。

Inclusion criteria

17-23 years old male or female;
No history of exposure to noise or ototoxic drugs;
No abnormal audiology and blood examination;
No other systemic diseases;
The subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment.

排除标准:

耳科疾病或术后患者;
无法耐受试验者。

Exclusion criteria:

Patients with ear disease or after surgery;
Can't tolerate the experimenter.
