研究目的：

足底筋膜炎早期常伴有肿胀，我们探讨单纯的足底减压与减压的同时进行热疗，对足底筋膜炎治疗效果的观察。  

Objectives of Study：

Plantar fasciitis is often accompanied by swelling in the early stage. We try to observe the treatment of plantar fasciitis by performing hyperthermia with simple plantar decompression and decompression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

足底筋膜炎的诊断由具有十多年专业经验的疼痛学专家做出。年龄18-60岁，持续时间1-3月并伴有足跟部肿胀；未进行局部激素和或局麻药注射、外科手术等有创操作；VAS评分晨起第一步脚跟疼痛≥5分或进行日常活动时脚跟疼痛≥5分；Roles and Maudsley score可/差；接受热敷、冰敷、按摩、口服NSAIDs类药物至少3天；如果合适，可以进行磁共振成像（MRI），神经传导速度/肌电图检查或其他诊断测试，以确认足底筋膜炎或排除其他诊断。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnosis of plantar fasciitis is made by a pain expert with more than ten years of professional experience. 18-60 years old, duration 1-3 months with heel swelling; no local hormone and or local anesthetic injection, surgical operation and other invasive operations; VAS score in the morning, first step heel pain ≥ 5 points or proceed Heel pain during daily activities ≥5 points; Roles and Maudsley score is acceptable/poor; receive hot compress, ice compress, massage, oral NSAIDs for at least 3 days; if appropriate, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nerve conduction velocity/muscle Electrographic examination or other diagnostic tests to confirm plantar fasciitis or rule out other diagnoses.

排除标准：

治疗区域的活动性感染或慢性感染病史，全身性炎性疾病，神经或血管功能不全，神经压迫症状，凝血功能紊乱，双侧足底疼痛，足手术史，怀孕，糖尿病，肿瘤、长期阿片类药物或皮质类固醇激素服用史，酗酒，无法正常交流或精神类疾病

Exclusion criteria：

History of active infection or chronic infection in the treatment area, systemic inflammatory disease, nerve or vascular insufficiency, nerve compression symptoms, coagulation disorders, bilateral plantar pain, history of foot surgery, pregnancy, diabetes, tumors, long-term opioids History of taking drugs or corticosteroids, alcohol abuse, inability to communicate normally, or mental illness
