研究目的:

近年研究发现儿童眼部及全身各类疾病尤其是血管相关疾病(儿童斜视、肾病、糖尿病、OSAS等)的发病及其相关治疗会对患者的眼底血管及眼底供氧造成不同程度影响,但由于病程及情况不同,微血管改变在早期容易忽视或无法监测,而眼底视网膜是观察血管尤其是微血管改变的直接窗口,近年开展的血管光学相干断层扫描(Angio-OCT)为眼底血管检查通过无创且快速的手段,为进一步研究儿童各类血管相关疾病中微血管变化情况提供了保障。本研究收集正常及各类患者儿童的眼底黄斑及视盘处视网膜血管、脉络膜血管及眼球各项参数,采用数字化处理技术Matlab进行边缘检测及拟合处理,以获得更多的信息,并进行对比分析,本研究采用的是临床中的常用非接触式检查,不会对患者造成额外费用及风险,有利于收集观察并探讨儿童眼底血管及其在各种病变情况下的形态及参数变化,为将来儿童眼科大数据分析及研究有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study:

Ocular and systemic all kinds of diseases, especially in recent years, the study found that children blood vessel related disease (children strabismus, kidney disease, diabetes, OSAS, etc.) of the disease and its related treatment for patients with retinal blood vessels and fundus cause different degree effect of oxygen, but due to the course and the situation is different, microvascular changes in the early days, it may ignore or fail to monitor, and the fundus is to observe blood vessels especially direct window of microvascular changes, in recent years, optical coherence tomography of blood vessels (Angio - OCT) for retinal blood vessel inspection by means of noninvasive and quickly,It provides a guarantee for further study of microvascular changes in children with various vascular related diseases.This study collected and all kinds of children patients with fundus macular and normal retinal vessel in the DVD, choroid blood vessels and eyeball parameters, the adoption of digital processing technology of Matlab edge detection and fitting process, in order to obtain more information, and comparison analysis, this study USES is the clinical commonly used non-contact inspection, patients will not cause additional costs and risks, to collect observations and retinal blood vessels and their children in all sorts of pathological changes of morphological and parameter changes, for the future children eye big data analysis and the research has important significance.

外伤、肿瘤等特殊继发性眼部疾病
不能遵守研究或随访
有全身严重疾病,不能接受眼部检查和手术

Exclusion criteria:

Special secondary eye diseases such as trauma and tumor
Failure to comply with study or follow-up
There is a serious systemic disease, can not accept eye examination and surgery
The researchers believe that those who need to be excluded
