研究目的：

根据内镜下十二指肠乳头形态进行分类，通过比较不同类型的十二指肠乳头对ERCP手术过程及术后并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the influence of morphology of the major duodenal papilla influences the biliary cannulation and post endoscopic retrograde cholangiography and pancreatography (ERCP) complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胆总管结石且选择ERCP取石者；
年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

Common bile duct stones;
Aged < 18 years.

排除标准：

既往有EST手术病史；
十二指肠乳头恶性肿瘤；
合并十二指肠憩室；
既往有消化道重建病史；
严重心肺等功能障碍不能耐受手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous ERCP or sphincterotomy;
2. Periampullary diverticulum (PAD);
3. Tumor involvement of the papilla;
4. Surgically altered anatomy;
5. Poor cardiopulmonary function can not tolerate ERCP.
