研究目的：

1、采用功能性近红外光谱探索在汉语背景下抑郁症患者是否存在某些脑区激活以辅助诊断抑郁症；2、研究抑郁症患者随治疗时间变化，某些脑区激活变化与症状变化的关系，探索某些脑区变化是状态性还是素质性指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy is used to explore whether there are some brain regions activated in patients with depression in Chinese background to assist in the diagnosis of depression; 2. To study the relationship between the changes of some brain regions activation and the changes of symptoms in patients with depression with treatment time, and to explore whether the changes of some brain regions are state or trait indicators.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-60 周岁，右利手；②符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版》 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders , Fifth Edition, DSM-5)抑郁障碍诊断标准;③首次发作或复发；④24项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale, HAMD-24)>20分；⑤既往无轻躁狂或躁狂发作。

Inclusion criteria

① 18-60 years old, right handedness; ② meet the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders, Fifth Edition (dsm-5) depression diagnostic criteria; ③ first episode or relapse; ④ 24 item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) > 20 points; ⑤ no previous hypomania or manic episode.

排除标准：

①18周岁以下或60周岁以上；左利手；②脑外伤史或其他器质性脑疾病史；③目前患有酒精或其他物质依赖者；④重大躯体疾病史( 如心血管疾病、肝炎、重大呼吸道疾病、甲状腺疾病和糖尿病)；⑤孕妇和哺乳期妇女；⑥过去六个月内接受过无抽搐电休克治疗的患者；⑦无法完成认知任务或fNIRS检测的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Under 18 years old or over 60 years old; left handedness; ② history of brain injury or other organic brain diseases; ③ current patients with alcohol or other substance dependence; ④ history of major physical diseases（ For example, cardiovascular diseases, hepatitis, major respiratory diseases, thyroid diseases and diabetes mellitus); ⑤ pregnant women and lactating women; ⑥ patients who have received modified electroconvulsive therapy in the past six months; ⑦ patients who can not complete cognitive tasks or fNIRS detection.
