节律性喂养对ICU患者的睡眠是否有益。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of rhythmic feeding mode for sleep quality of ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ICU患者，年龄20~60岁之间，APEACH Ⅱ评分≤24分，RASS评分在－2~0分之间，预计肠内营养支持时间＞7 天，自愿参加本次研究并由患者或法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients newly admitted to the ICU and fed through gastric tubes were eligible for inclusion;
1. An estimated total feeding time of more than 7 days;
2. APACHE II scores <= 24;
3. Aged 20-60 years;
4. RASS -2-0 scores;
5. Voluntary participation in the study and informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.

排除标准：

存在昏迷等意识障碍患者、糖尿病患者，胃肠道出血、胃肠手术后等无法耐受肠内营养或肠内营养无法达到目标值的80%者，存在神经系统疾病、既往睡眠相关疾病和精神类疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with the ability to eat orally at admission;
2. Patients with diabetes;
3. Patients with gastrointestinal disease (gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal bleeding, pancreatitis, crohn disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome);
4. Patients who are unable to tolerate >= 80% of the nutrition target calories (25-30 kcal/kg/d) with enteral feeding;
5. Paients with coma or sleep disorders or mental disturbance.
