研究目的：

观察体位应激下疼痛及直立性低血压的发生对关节置换术后患者早期功能锻炼的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of pain and orthostatic hypotension under postural stress on early functional exercise of patients after joint replacement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁， ASA分级II~III级；
（2）拟在全身麻醉或区域神经阻滞麻醉下进行下肢手术关节置换术（膝关节置换，髋关节置换）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 18 years, ASA classification II~III;
(2) Lower limb surgical joint replacement (knee replacement, hip replacement) under general anesthesia or regional nerve block anesthesia.

排除标准：

（1）既往有术后立位不耐受、使用β受体阻滞剂、糖尿病和酗酒史（＞500g/d）、心功能不全、心房颤动、瓣膜病、严重心律失常、患者术前明显贫血（血红蛋白<6.0g/l）。
（2）拒绝参加本次实验；资料不全的患者；严重痴呆、语言障碍、听力或视觉严重受损无法完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous postoperative orthostatic intolerance, use of β-blockers, history of diabetes and alcohol abuse (>500g/d), cardiac insufficiency, atrial fibrillation, valvular disease, severe arrhythmia , The patient is obviously anemia before operation (hemoglobin<6.0g/l).
(2) Refusal to participate in this experiment; patients with incomplete data; patients with severe dementia, speech impairment, severe hearing or vision impairment and unable to complete the questionnaire.
