研究目的：

评估“益生菌+四联疗法”治疗幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori, H. p）相关性胃炎的效果及对胃粘膜Th亚群炎性因子分泌谱系的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the influence of “probiotics+quadruple therapy” on the outcome of Helicobacter pylori (H. p)-associated gastritis and Th cells differentiation in the gastric mocosa.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

所有患者胃镜提示慢性胃炎，C13呼气试验阳性。

Inclusion criteria

1.The 13 C UBT showed H.p infection in all cases.
2.Gastroscopy suggests chronic gastritis.

排除标准：

胃切除术病史；消化性溃疡或其他上消化道疾病；消化道肿瘤或其他系统肿瘤；有抗Hp药物相关过敏史；孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

history of gastrectomy, peptic ulcer or other upper gastrointestinal lesions, gastrointestinal malignant tumor, contraindication or previous allergic reactions to the study drugs, severe concurrent diseases or malignancy, pregnant or lactating women.
