血清炎症因子表达在高原红细胞增多症发病过程中的变化及在防治中的指导价值  

Objectives of Study：

Expression of inflammatory factors in the pathogenesis of high altitude Polycythemia in prevention, treatment and changes of the guiding values

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊的高原红细胞增多症患者及高原红细胞增多症早期患者、高原正常人、平原正常人，久居或移居高原2年以上，20-40岁青年；2.根据2004年第六届国际高原医学和低氧生理学术大会.慢性高原病青海诊断标准选取确诊患者；3签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. in patients with high altitude Polycythemia diagnosed and early high altitude Polycythemia patients with normal people, plateau, Plains people living in or moved to the Highlands for more than 1 years, young people aged 20-40; 2. According to the 2004 International Congress of physiological and academic medicine at high altitude and low oxygen. Qinghai diagnostic criteria for selecting patients with confirmed chronic mountain sickness; 3. sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.无任何临床症状及实验室检查阳性指标者；2.居住在海拔3000米以下的人群；3.移居1年以下有急性、亚急性高原症病者；4.存在能引起或加重低氧血症的慢性呼吸系统疾病或某些能引起低氧血症的原发性心脑血管病心肺疾病所引起的继发性红细胞增多症及真性红细胞增多症患者；5.骨髓、及融合基因等检查符合骨髓增殖性疾病（肿瘤）或其他恶性增殖性血液系统疾病诊断的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. no any clinical symptoms and the laboratory check positive indicators who; 2. live in elevation 3,000 m following of crowd; 3. emigrated 1 years following has acute, and Asia acute plateau syndrome disease who; 4. exists can caused or aggravated low oxygen blood syndrome of chronic respiratory disease or some can caused low oxygen blood syndrome of primary heart brain vascular disease heart lung disease by caused of following made sexual RBC increased syndrome and the authenticity RBC increased syndrome patients; 5. bone marrow, and And consistent with Myeloproliferative Disorders such as fusion genes (tumor) or other patients with diagnosis of proliferation of malignant hematological diseases.
