研究目的：

通过临床研究，观察头颈部肿瘤患者TPF方案化疗后使用聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子一级及二级预防患者III、IV度中性粒细胞（ANC）/或白细胞减少的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the incidence of III, IV neutrophil or Leukopenia in patients with head and neck cancer treated with pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF) after TPF chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

1、接受TPF方案化疗头颈部肿瘤患者
2、接受聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子升白治疗

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients receiving TPF chemotherapy for head and neck tumors.
2.The patients were treated with pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF)

排除标准：

拒绝接受聚乙二醇化重组人粒细胞刺激因子升白治疗

Exclusion criteria：

Refused pegylated recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor (PEG-rhG-CSF) treatment
