研究目的：

2021-1-1 至 2023-12-31 以门诊接受无痛诊疗操作和 ICU 接受有创机械通气 的患者为研究对象，在有效镇痛的基础上，接受不同镇静药物治疗前后，通过监测血压、 镇静深度、颈动脉血流参数的变化，评估不同镇静药物、不同镇静深度对血流动力学，尤 其是脑灌注的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

From 2021-1-1 to 2023-12-31, painless diagnosis and treatment was performed in outpatient department and invasive mechanical ventilation was performed in ICU on the basis of effective analgesia, before and after receiving different sedative drugs, blood pressure monitoring,Sedation depth, carotid blood flow parameters, to evaluate the effects of different sedatives, different sedation depth on hemodynamics, especially it is the effect of cerebral perfusion

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）门诊接受无痛胃肠镜、无痛人工流产和刮宫手术的患者； ICU 接受有创通气患者；
（2）年龄>18 岁；
（3）无颅脑疾病史； （4）血流动力学稳定，未应用任何血管活性药物；
（5）试验过程中均接受脑电双频谱指数（BIS）监测，实时评估镇静深度

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients receiving painless gastroenteroscopy, painless induced abortion and curettage in the outpatient department;Patients receiving invasive ventilation in ICU;
(2) Age >18 years old;
(3) No history of craniocerebral disease;(4) The hemodynamics was stable, and no vasoactive drugs were used;
(5) During the experiment, all patients received BIS monitoring to evaluate the sedation depth in real time

排除标准：

（1）颈部皮肤破损或无菌材料覆盖，无法行超声扫查者； （2）存在颈部血管疾病或解剖结构变者异者； （3）心律失常包括心房纤颤、房性早搏、室性早搏及房室传导阻滞 ； （4）临时或永久起搏器置入术后、人工瓣膜置换术后； （5）超声图像不清晰或数据缺失； （6）不能配合完成超声检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The skin of the neck is damaged or covered with sterile materials and cannot be scanned by ultrasound;(2) the presence of cervical vascular disease or anatomical structure changes;(3) Arrhythmias include atrial fibrillation, atrial premature beats, ventricular premature beats and atrioventricular block;(4) After temporary or permanent pacemaker implantation and prosthetic valve replacement;(5) The ultrasound image is not clear or the data is missing;(6) Unable to cooperate with the completion of ultrasound examination.
