探讨超声评估膈肌和肋间肌功能预测术后肺部并发症的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Diaphragmatic and intercostal muscle ultrasonography as an adjunct predict tool in postoperative pulmonary complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

胸科手术单肺通气患者，成年（18-65岁），ASA分级II-III级，BMI正常患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with one lung ventilation in thoracic surgery;
2. Adult patients (18-65 years old);
3. ASA II-III subjects;
4. Patients with normal BMI.

排除标准：

合并心肺系统疾病；膈肌外伤和手术史；术后认知功能障碍者及听力障碍不能配合者；妨碍操作的患者（如胸廓、剑突下、肋缘下有遮挡）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cardiopulmonary diseases;
2. Patients with diaphragmatic trauma and operation history;
3. The patients with postoperative cognitive impairment and the subjects with hearing impairment can not cooperate;
4. Patients who obstruct the operation (such as chest, xiphoid process, costal margin).
