本研究的目的是比较局部浸润麻醉与脊髓麻醉在腹股沟外环下显微镜精索静脉曲张结扎术中疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of local anesthesia and spinal anesthesia in microscopic varicocelectomy

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

主要入选标准、排除标准：纳入标准：诊断为精索静脉曲张（查体及三维超声）伴有精液异常、阴囊疼痛、睾酮水平下降、睾丸萎缩、双侧曲张或为中重度曲张的患者；年龄大于18周岁；

Inclusion criteria

Main inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed as varicocele (physical examination and three-dimensional ultrasound) with semen abnormality, scrotal pain, decreased testosterone level, testicular atrophy, bilateral varicose or moderate to severe varicocele; age > 18 years old;

排除标准：

排除标准：患有严重的心血管、肝脏或代谢疾病，肾脏功能障碍，哮喘，凝血障碍，病态肥胖；对麻醉药物过敏；复发的精索静脉曲张。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: severe cardiovascular, liver or metabolic diseases, renal dysfunction, asthma, coagulation disorders, morbid obesity; allergic to narcotic drugs; recurrent varicocele
