all small caliber cephalic vein chronic renal failure patients with failed previous primary vascular access

Inclusion criteria

all small caliber cephalic vein chronic renal failure patients with failed previous primary vascular access

排除标准：

patients undergoing primary vascular access or who were found to have good size vessels on operation table upon exploration contrary to venous mapping
