研究目的：

明确FGF21水平对于酒精性肝硬化患者的预后相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between serum FGF21 level and progonsis of patients with alcoholic cirrhosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 诊断符合我国《酒精性肝病防治指南（2018年更新版）》中酒精性肝硬化诊断标准；
② 年龄≥18岁；
③ 患者BMI≤24kg/m2；
④ 患者签署书面知情同意，同意接受定期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as alcoholic cirrhosis according to the Chinese guideline for management of alcoholic liver disease;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. BMI <= 24kg/m2;
4. Agree to sign the written consent form and take regular follow-up.

排除标准：

① 排除合并其他原因如乙型肝炎等引起的肝脏疾病患者；
② 排除合并冠心病、糖尿病患者；
③ 排除慢性肾脏病Ⅲ期及以上患者；
④ 排除基线诊断原发性肝癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid with other liver diseases,forexample hepatitis B, hepatitis C ,et al.
2. Comorbid with Diabetes and Coronary heart diseases;
3. Comorbid with Phase III or higher chronic kidney disease;
4. Diagnosed as primary hepatic carcinoma at baseline.
