研究目的：

探讨结直肠癌SLC12A5、HOXB8、KIFC1基因多态性对化疗敏感性的相关性，从而为CRC患者化疗方案的选择及敏感药物的选用提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the association of SLC12A5, Hoxb8, kifc1 gene polymorphisms with chemosensitivity in colorectal cancer, so as to provide reference for the selection of chemotherapy regimen and sensitive drugs in CRC patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18-75岁；
2) 男女均可；
3) 经病理和临床检查确诊为结直肠癌(CRC)；
4) M0期的T/N各期患者；
5) 拟采用包含氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂、伊立替康三类药物的化疗方案进行化疗的患者；
6) 卡氏评分（KPS）≥60 分；
7) 预计生存期≥6个月；
8) 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-75 years;
2) Both male and female;
3) Colorectal cancer (CRC) was confirmed by pathology and clinical examination;
4) CRC at any T / N stage with M0 stage;
5) Those case with CRC will be treated by using chemotherapy regimen including fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and irinotecan;
6) KPS score >= 60;
7) The expected survival time was more than 6 months;
8) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 已经发生远处转移的结直肠癌患者；
2) 有过化疗史或正在接受化疗的患者；
3) 多原性肿瘤患者；
4) 预计生存时间＜6个月；
5) 恶液质、营养不良、重要脏器功能衰竭；
6) 妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
7) 严重的心肺功能不全；
8) 同时使用其他试验性药物或参加其他临床试验；
9) 任何可能影响研究参与和/或研究结果的临床相关疾病;
10) 对本研究涉及药物过敏；
11) 精神异常、老年性痴呆患者；
12) 研究者认为不愿意或无法遵循研究方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Colorectal cancer patients with distant metastasis;
2) Patients with CRC have chemotherapy history or undergoing chemotherapy;
3) Patients with multiple primary tumors;
4) The estimated survival time was less than 6 months;
5) Cachexia, malnutrition and failure of important organs;
6) Pregnant or lactating women;
7) Severe cardiopulmonary functional insufficiency;
8) Using other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials at the same time;
9) Any clinically relevant disease that may affect study participation and / or study results;
10) Drug allergy;
11) Patients with mental disorders and Alzheimer's disease;
12) Patients who the researchers believe are unwilling or unable to follow the study protocol.
