观察支架内锚定技术改善分叉病变边支通过性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of In-stent anchoring on facilitating side branch delivery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）.自愿参加此次临床研究且签署知情同意书；
2）.受试者>18周岁；
3）.受试者应为冠状动脉分叉病变患者
4）冠脉介入治疗情况：确定需要双支架，或者主支单支架置入后边支（>2mm）开口狭窄较重，患者有胸痛.

Inclusion criteria

1.Written informed consent;2.Patients older than age 18 with bifurcation lesions;3.Final kissing is needed.

排除标准：

1）妊娠期、哺乳期及未采取有效避孕措施的妇女；
2）有精神障碍或有精神病史并且目前尚未控制；
3）已知有凝血障碍疾病，且PT(凝血酶原时间) >正常值的1.25倍；
4）对造影剂过敏者

Exclusion criteria：

1.pregnant women；
2.mental disease；
3.Allergy to the study medi-cations；
4.Blood coagulation disorder
