研究目的：

污染腹壁缺损修补仍是外科难题之一。本研究拟评价纳米银复合生物材料修补污染腹壁缺损的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Surgical repair of contaminated abdominal wall defect is still a common clinical problem. Therefore, a porcine small intestinal submucosa (SIS) mesh is constructed and modified by adding nano-silver (NS-SIS) for repair of contaminated abdominal wall defect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.无主要器官的功能障碍，血常规、肾功能、心脏功能、肺功能基本正常；
2.能理解本试验，性别不限，年龄18－70岁；
3.自愿参加临床试验者，已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Contaminated abdominal wall defect patients with normal function of liver, kidney, heart, and lung; 2. Both gender can be included, aged between 18~70 years old;2. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.既往已植入补片；
2.有明显的心、肺、脑、肾功能障碍；
3.正在参加其它临床实验者；
4.妊娠、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mesh repair;
2. Severe psychiatric or neurological disease;
3. Participation in another intervention-trial;
4. Pregnancy.
