研究目的：

本项目应用智能目诊仪，采集糖尿病及糖尿病视网膜病变人群的眼像特征，对比二者眼象特征，提取差异信息，探究目诊糖尿病视网膜病眼象特征的变化过程，建立基于目诊智能辨析糖尿病视网膜病变风险评估和预警体系，通过综合健康管理预防和控制糖尿病眼底病变并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

This project uses an intelligent eye image analysis equipment to collect the eye image characteristics of individuals with diabetes or diabetic retinopathy. Comparing and extracting the differences in eye image characteristics to explore the change process contributes to establish risk assessment and early warning system by eye image analysis. The comprehensive health management will prevent and control the occurrence of complications of diabetic fundus disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①受试者年龄18-65岁；
②病程＜5 年或病程5-10 年糖尿病患者；
③所有研究对象均行血糖检查，符合糖尿病诊断标准；
④患者自愿参加本研究、依从性好。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged 18-65 years old;
②Diabetics with a course of disease less than 5 years or a course of 5-10 years;
③All subjects underwent blood glucose examination, who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes;
④Patients voluntarily participate and have good complianc.

排除标准：

①不符合上述诊断标准者；
②有眼科疾病且影响观察眼征者；
③因情绪或睡眠等因素致不能充分配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

①The individuals who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria;
②The individuals who have eye diseases and affect the observation of eye characteristics;
③The individuals who cannot fully cooperate with the examination due to factors such as mood or sleep.
