研究目的：

探讨急性脑梗死患者发病前共存病对长期预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the association of prestroke comorbidities with long-term stroke outcomes among patients with acute ischemic stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①发病在两周之内，②如果是复发性脑梗死，在发病以前改良Rankin量表（modified Rankin Scale,mRS）[9]得分小于等于2，

Inclusion criteria

①onset within two weeks; ②if recurrent infarction, the score of modified Rankin scale (mRS) was less than or equal to two before onset.

排除标准：

①排除医源性、颅脑创伤并发和因其它疾病住院期间发生的脑梗死。②排除合并其它颅内病变（如硬膜下血肿、颅内肿瘤）、严重痴呆的患者。③排除无症状性脑梗死。④排除患影响肢体功能的骨关节疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① patients whose stroke was iatrogenic, because of brain trauma, occurred during hospitalization for other medical conditions were excluded; ② patients with other intracranial abnormalities(subdural hematoma, brain tumor, etc.) and severe dementia were excluded; ③ asymptomatic cerebral infarction patients were excluded; ④ patients with other disorders (bone and joint disease,etc.) affecting neurological function were excluded.
