研究目的：

探究握力是否可以预测退行性脊柱侧弯术后临床疗效和融合节段近端交界性后突等并发症的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether grip strength can predict the clinical outcome and complications including proximal junctional kyphosis after after spinal orthopedic surgeries for patients with adult degenerative scoliosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患退行性脊柱侧弯（冠状面Cobb角>10°）并行后路融合内固定治疗术的患者；
②可以进行至少2年的随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with degenerative scoliosis (coronal Cobb Angle > 10 degrees)undegoing posterior Instrumentation and Fusion;
2. Follow-up can be performed for at least 2 years.

排除标准：

①年龄小于40岁；
②不愿完成临床和影像学随访；
③手部外伤、神经肌肉疾病、帕金森病、中风等不能配合肌力测量；
④先天性脊柱侧弯、强直性脊柱炎、椎体滑脱、脊柱外伤、脊柱手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients younger than 40 years old;
2. Patients unwilling to complete clinical and imaging follow-up;
3. Patients with diseases such as hand trauma, neuromuscular disease, Parkinson's disease, stroke and so on can not complete muscle strength measurement;
4. Patients with congenital scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, vertebral spondylolisthesis, spinal trauma,or spinal surgery history.
