研究目的：

胃肠道微生物群及其代谢产物在ASD儿童的发生发展中起着关键的作用。因此，本项目将必须深入研究ASD儿童与正常儿童及其兄弟姐妹体内肠道微生物群和代谢产物是否存在不同；针对ASD儿童不同胃肠道症状进行分类研究，明确具体的微生物群落差异，从而制定针对ASD儿童临床症状和胃肠道功能障碍的治疗方法，以达到改善ASD儿童的异常行为、提高我国ASD儿童的生活质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Gastrointestinal microbiota and its metabolites play a key role in the development of ASD in children. Therefore, this project will have to further study whether there are differences in intestinal microflora and metabolites between ASD children and normal children and their brothers and sisters; carry out classification research on different gastrointestinal symptoms of ASD children, clarify the specific microbial community differences, so as to develop treatment methods for clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal dysfunction of ASD children, so as to improve the gastrointestinal dysfunction of ASD children Objective to improve the quality of life of ASD children in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

自闭症患病组：患儿诊断为ASD，符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第五版(DMS-5)标准。并由经验丰富的发育和行为儿科医生用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)进一步证实这一诊断。
对照组：从沈阳市儿童医院儿保科健康体检的儿童中招募性别和年龄与ASD儿童匹配的健康、发育正常的儿童(与自闭症个体无关)。招募者在被纳入研究前的3个月内没有接受抗生素、抗真菌治疗、益生菌治疗或任何其他可能影响肠道微生物群的药物治疗。同时如果自闭症儿童有兄弟姐妹，在征得家长同意后，签署知情同意书后也纳入对照组。

Inclusion criteria

Autism group: children diagnosed as ASD, in line with the "diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental disorders" Fifth Edition (dms-5) standard. The diagnosis was further confirmed by an experienced developmental and behavioral pediatrician using the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (cars).

Control group: healthy and normal children matched with ASD children in gender and age were recruited from healthy children in child care department of Shenyang children's Hospital (not related to autistic individuals). The recruiters did not receive antibiotics, antifungal therapy, probiotics or any other medication that may affect the intestinal microbiota within 3 months before inclusion. At the same time, if autistic children have brothers and sisters, they were also included in the control group after obtaining the consent of their parents and signing the informed consent.

排除标准：

ASD患儿如在过去3个月内有Rett综合征、脑瘫、其他先天性疾病和急慢性情感性疾病史，则不纳入研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Children with ASD who had Rett syndrome, cerebral palsy, other congenital diseases and acute or chronic affective diseases in the past 3 months were excluded from the study.
